One has willingly settled and the other is willing to do so, but the details have yet to be determined. If the settlement happens soon, we will obtain our license in a few months, probably by summer 2008, and can begin building the station. We are currently raising funds to pay for the attorney fees and the settlement costs to the other two applicants that will likely run several thousand dollars. What's NextOnce we get the official go-ahead from the FCC, we will begin fundraising like crazy and we’ll start having meetings to begin organizing logistical and programming issues.
